From Single Piece to full FoH/BoH... Including erecting walkins and hanging hoods.
We can receive, store and deliver to jobsite.
We can unload, uncrate/unbox, set in-place, level and seal as required.
We discard all packaging material (in customer supplied container or we can arrange for disposal).
We remove all plastic coverings.
We collect manufacturer's documentation and provide it in one neat package to the owner, GC or a designated representative.
Our philosophy is to provide you with a cost effective installation.
What we do not do is final connections...

Field Work:
Ever receive a piece of custom manufactured equipment that 'did not fit'? Receive a handsink just to discover that a drain was not located near it? Ever receive an electric oven (by choice) only to come to find that there is no electric service located for it, and that a gas line was there instead?
Our personnel can visit your site and field measure and verify dimensions as well as utility needs.
We can confirm access to the jobsite for the upcoming delivery.
We can help eliminate the huge expense associated with incorrect equipment being delivered, not being able to fit into the location or not having the correct utilities available.
Any of these things can drastically affect your schedule, your opening and your bottom line.
We can configure our scope of work to include as much detail as you may require.

Cleaning:
So, you're almost ready to receive your equipment for installation... However, the dreaded step to preparing the location and making sure the jobsite is ready is a horrible task. As part of our service offerings, we do construction cleaning as well.
Our experienced cleaners will come to your site and rid it of all left-over debris... We'll make sure your site is truly ready to receive your upcoming scheduled equipment delivery...
Step Two in the cleaning process... once all the equipment is installed and ready to go... you still need to prepare the location to start doing business... We can also provide a 'final cleaning'. The one you need before you get your final health inspection and not necessarily in your GC's contract and we are normally more cost effective than having your newly hired employes tackle the task.
Our cleaning crews are aware of the areas that MUST be addressed and leave your location clean and ready to start doing your day-to-day business.
